The All Purpose Coupe, or sometimes called the Opra Coupe, has the two fold down jump seats, in the rear.
This body style is rather rare. We seem to see more of the Business Coupes than this style.
This body style was only offered from 1937, thru 1939. The 1940 was only offered in the Business Coupe style.
